This second-generation version of the K Force carbon handlebar offers several subtle improvements over the original version. Like the original, it's built with a carbon/Kevlar construction for durability and textured clamping areas to keep your shift levers in place and bar position steady in the stem clamping area. And you still get the popular double-width single cable groove. The changes FSA made, though, are evident the first time you put your hands on the bars --
For starters, the anatomic drops aren't as flat. They're slightly more rounded, kind of a hybrid between a typical flat anatomic drop and a perfectly rounded shallow drop. It's anatomic, but we think of it as "subtle anatomic". FSA increased the drop by 10mm to 150mm, but they decreased the reach by 10mm to 80mm.
Another change is the 120mm reinforced center section that allows you to use clip-on aero bars. And this version is 15g lighter than the first generation, weighing in at 195g.
This new generation K Force is more comfortable, more versatile, and it's lighter. It's available in 40cm, 42cm, and 44cm (center-center). 31.8mm stem clamp only.
