Livewire Shoe

If you're like us, you don't see the point in filling your shoe closet to the brim with a different shoe for every activity. Instead, you're a fan of versatility — you want a shoe that you can toss on to hang out with your crew, or shred down gnarly big-mountain terrain, without sacrificing style, which is why you've got your eye on the Ride Concepts Livewire Shoe. These tough-as-nails kicks offer street style, while featuring serious construction that can handle any trail you throw at them. That's because they're crafted with durable, synthetic uppers with anti-abrasion mesh that hold up to rocks and stray branches, and tacky DST 6.0 rubber that grips your pedals firm to keep your stance solid when the trail gets a little hairy ahead of you. To keep you protected, Ride Concepts builds the Livewire with custom molded toe and heel guards, while a fully gusseted tongue shields you from intake of debris. And because you want to ride in comfort, even when you take a drop to flat, the Livewire shoes are equipped with an EVA midsole to take up some serious shock absorption.

Nicely stable

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

A shoe that fits well and is stable on the pedals. Much better than tennis shoes or hiking boots

Shoe is 1 size too small

Familiarity:
I returned this product before using it

The size 10 fits like a size 9, so I had to return the size 10 and reordered size 11. The return process was very easy and customer service was great. I love the shoe so far although haven't worn them yet and I love the company Competitive Cyclist

Nice shoe for the wide foot

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I like these a lot. Sizing runs a bit small. I normally wear a 46, which is a 12 in most brands but a 13 here. Nicely made. Definitely will buy again.

Great shoe. Runs small

Decided to go a full size up after reading tons of internet comments. Dont regret it at all. I normally wear 10's in everything and on a whim decided to get 11's. They fit perfectly. Shoe itself is great.

Much better than FiveTen Freerider

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

The Livewire packs a lot of value into a $110 shoe. With a stiff construction, tacky sole, and stout toe protection I would buy this shoe over a FiveTen Freerider every time.

Great shoes!!! They do run small as others have mentioned I was told before hand to order a 1/2 size larger and they fit perfectly. Wow what a difference from riding with my old hiking shoes they stayed planted to my flat pedals even thru the rough sections. They are super comfortable for long rides and walking in also. The elastic lace holders are a plus no more tucking laces into the sides. With $30.00 off they were a great deal thanks Competitive Cyclist

Watch sizing.

Seem like great shoes. I am a true size 42 but had to return because they were tight around the toe. Maybe half size or full size up.
