Extend your protection.

The Rhino Rack Awning Extension attaches to your Rhino Rack Foxwing or Sunseeker Awning.  Depending on how you want to use it, the extension can add more overhead shade or act as a sidewall to protect you and your gear from crosswinds or late afternoon sun.

  • Zips onto your existing Foxwing or Sunseeker for added protection
  • The polyester and cotton canvas is waterproof, UV- and mold-resistant, and can be packed away wet without fear of damaging the fabric
  • Extension and included telescoping poles, pegs, and ropes are packaged in their own travel bag for ease of access and storage

RhinoRack Awning Extension

Another example of how the Rhino Rack Awning Extension can be used with the Rhino Rack Foxwing Awning.

Since these are not tapered, how much of a gap is there when you have both sides down ? We can't decide if the tapered is worth the extra money or not.

Hi Vkkesu, there is a small gap with both sides down, but nothing concerning to me personally. The only other main difference I can see is that the tapered version would potentially give you a bit more space inside, as the regular extensions need to be secured vertically and the tapered version extends out at the bottom.
