Faas 100 TR Shoe - Men's

In the Puma Men's Faas 100 TR Shoe, you'll dominate hard-packed dirt paths and temperate rural trails with speed and grace. Backcountry ascents and scree fields might be a tad ambitious in this hardy sock-like shoe, but then again, you're not known for taking a conservative approach. The FaasFoam+ midsole puts a sweet layer of softness between your foot and the ground while keeping your toes and heel on a level playing field.
Bootie construction isn't a reference to rear ends, but rather how the upper of the shoe is put together. Basically, Puma created a singular upper of mesh squished between bonded overlays and an internal suede lining. The gusseted tongue ensures debris won't slow you down and contributes to the overall sock-like fit of the shoe. Attached to the bottom part of the shoe with seams, the EcoOrthoLite insole protects your paw if you're going sockless.
The bottom half of the shoe is minimalist-minded with a 0mm heel-forefoot drop, but with a cushioning layer of FaasFoam+ to protect your feet from sharp rocks and tapered twigs. The sole is what sets the 100 TR apart from its half-brother, the 100R. In this slim-fitting trail shoe, EverGrip rubber is molded into multi-directional lugs with some depth. The combination of grabby rubber and saw-tooth sole keeps the shoe flexible and firmly attached to the ground whether the terrain is smooth or variable.
