Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've put this helmet through the wringer with Leadville and training for the event. My wife liked the bright color so she could see me from the feedzone. It fits as expected of a GIRO product, pressure points match up to my other Giro's through the years, so no issues with fit or sizing.

Familiarity: I've used it several times

I've only been able to get out on this new powermeter a couple times as it is Feb but the initial set up and apparent accuracy of the system is great. I paired this system with a Garmin Edge 500 and the system picket the cranks right up and have not given me any troubles. I love how I do not need to mount a magnet on my frame to capture cadence! I have a PF30 Ti frame and I do not have an easy mount for a magnet without pulling the PF shell. I also use an SRM on my road bike and based on my percieved exertion the systems mirror eachother very closely.

Familiarity: I've used it several times

I've only been able to get out on these for a couple rides as it is still winter where I live but my initial impressions are that this shifter has a solid, positive throw that makes for a confidence inspiring shifter. After riding on XX1 for the last 2-3 years I appreciate the lever feel these provide and the ergonomics of the push/pull levers is incredible.

Familiarity: I've used it several times

It's winter here but I've been able to put a couple good rides on these brakes in combination with the RT-99 Freeza rotors. First impressions are that these are very powerful, with a consistent power that does not fade under heavy braking- 20-30minutes with rock drops and decreasing radius switchbacks. My last pair of XTR 985 race brakes worked flawlessly for over 3 years with the only maintenance being changing the brake pads a couple times per season!

Great frame for every day hammering!

I've tested this frame off and on for over 2 years and I keep coming back to it for its smooth ride quality, efficient power transfer and stable geometry. I finished Leadville 100 last year in under 9 hours and I have to say this bike was a dream to ride on all day due to its comfort and power transfer. But dont just trust me, take a look at this review as well- http://www.outsideonline.com/outdoor-gear/gear-shed/cycle-life/The-Six-Month-Test-Merlin-XLM-29.html
