Familiarity: I've used it several times

This is my first trainer and I've been pleased with how easy it is to setup and start pedaling. You have to use the skewer that comes with the trainer so I've just kept it on the bike. I've heard that trainers wear tires down and this one is no exception, so I'm going to get a trainer tire in the future. My only complaint is that the resistance switch requires a lot of force to change settings and I worry about breaking it.

The spout mechanism is really convenient. You can leave it "open" and it won't spill unless you squeeze it and when you want to make sure it "closes" you turn the top rather than pull on the part you drink from. It's a great design.

Backcountry also sells a 24oz version of this bottle. I'd recommend that one if you need a few more ounces for longer rides.

My wife has been adding Nuun to her water for her marathon training and has found that she doesn't need to bring energy chews with her, so it's nice to be able to get all your workout energy in just a water bottle.

I bought this to put on my tandem bike to ride from various local establishments at night. The light does a decent job of illuminating obstacles and letting drivers know you're there.
My only complaint is that the mount is a stretchy rubbery band that I feel will wear out or get heat damaged sooner than solid plastic, but time will tell.

I bought a pair of the Minimus Zero Trail Runners and those really felt like a "zero" shoe that was totally natural and was hard to tell it was there. I had to get these for road running because the MT00's soles will get eaten by the road. I've been on 2 runs so far and I had to stop around 6 miles because I can feel a blister starting to form.

I bought these for my road/commuter bike because I need the ability to walk around more than I need carbon fiber supersoles. The shoes feel light and fit very comfortably. They are great for walking around after reaching your destination, and then provide great performance when you're back on your bike. They are definitely worth the price.
