I'm the same size and mediums are just right.

This is probably the weirdest review you've ever read. First, i loved this garment. Fit was fine, materials were fine, style awesome, etc. etc. Would like it if the wind proof material extended down the arms, but that's minor. Five stars if that..and this one has the zipper on the wrong side (european, I guess).
So why am I returning it? Because the entire back is black! I ordered the red, and love the look, from the front. After a 25 mile ride today in 48 degree overcast temps, I thought I had a good product. Then I looked at it when I took it off and saw the black back. I ride along a shady road, and in the low light of November on an overcast day, just though this did not stand out enough. When are jersey makers going to realize they need to focus on "visibility"??? White, yellow, red, I think you get my point. But black? Come on...and I know you will wonder, why did he wait until he wore it to notice that? Well, I was in hurry to get on the road and try this out because it looked so great out of the package!
Have ridden in this about 10-12 times now in temps in the mid 40's to 50's and am comfortable with just a base layer. Think you need a long sleeve base layer with this as this has no insulating material at all, therefore when wearing just the jersey, the chill will come right through. Even though it's windproof, you will feel like it isn't. With a base layer, no problem. This one hugs you. I'm 5'11", 152 lbs and 31" waist and the medium is fine but snug. Can't layer much under it, so if you want to do that, order up a size.
Had these for a while now. Okay, but wish they were snugger and the legs were more compressive. I'm 5'11" 150 lbs and got a medium but the legs ride up a bit and they are a bit "looser" fitting than I like. Still, very comfortable chamois and otherwise okay. Material is very thin, which is good for warm weather riding.
I'm 5'11"/152lbs and the medium fits nicely. The medium on me is plenty roomy. Didn't have a small to compare it with.
Had these for just a few rides so can't comment on durability, but they are very comfortable. The material is very thin and i wish a bit more snug. I'm 5'11", 150 lbs and ordered the mediums. The legs ride up a bit on me, which i don't like. Chamois is comfortable...not dense like some. I think these will be one of my go to shorts in the summer heat. Would be five stars but for the leg issue.
