I'm a former rower and still rock climb/lift so at 210 pounds and 6'3" I thought XL would be good, but it's honestly one size too small. Everything else is pretty good, expect for the fact it's kind of tough to fill while it's inside the vest. You have to hold on to the round screw top to pour water in - they could make that easier.
This stuff is like habanero for your Hammies. It's strong enough to turn my pale Irish legs white and get the blood flowing. I've used it from Chamonix to Leadville and it has helped warm my knees ankles and legs up like you read about?
I got a closeout deal on these - 50% off so it makes me feel better that they are a bit of a pain in the ass to put on. They have textured heel cups so puling them off isn't too bad if your hands aren't too wet. They feel a bit sloppy inside, but perhaps that's because I'm used to being able to crank down my MTB shoes and road shoes with ratchets. This has a single pull and cord lock and it's only OK. So far they have kept me dry and pretty warm so I can't complain.
