I'm 6'3" 250# and got a black xxl and it fit perfectly. Rode in the cooler late evening and worked up a good sweat, it didn't feel clammy or uncomfortable. The greenish tint is an odd color that doesn't seem to go well with anything but that's a minor detail.
Run very small, I ordered an xxl which normally fits but was not close enough to keep. Fabric looks to be ok but sleeves were on the short side for me. Might have worked as a snug base layer but didn't buy it for that.
I bought these to raise my arms since the fork was cut too low from the previous owner on my Chumba VF2 and these are waaaay cheaper than a new shock which works perfectly anyway. Since these were 2" wider than my current bars, I was initially a little leery a wider bar would catch on branches when things got tight. So far, not the case. The handling improvement was much better than I expected easier to target and aim the bike in the tight stuff. These were also 20 grams Lighter than my 2" shorter FST carbon bars. Glad I got em.
I normally wear a size 13 and got the 47s which were a tad on the large side but not enough to return them. Very light, sturdy, comfortable shoe. Huge improvement over my heavy, old clunkers, lost 100 grams switching to these. Feel much more attached to the bike and the cinch system makes for a better fit and easier to put on/take off. Easy to walk in when hike-a-biking.
These are nice shorts, I like them a lot. Material is light but very sturdy and well made. Not too hot. Insert is ok but the fastening system w/ just 2 hooks makes for a little fumbling to get them on. The material is a little slippery which makes for easy maneuvering in the saddle but it still sticks enough to the seat. I normally wear a 40" waist and based on the non elastic chart I ordered the XXXL which turned out to be a little on the large size since there is elastic in the shorts. The side cinchers made up for the extra room in the waist but the boys still have a little too much room to roam around, iykwim.
