Yes.These are compatable with SPD clips. You will want to look for the 2 holes on the bottom of the shoes. 3 holes only in a triangular shape will not work with the standard spinning class pedal. These shoes will work with a look type clip or spd.

Yes, these are compatable with spd pedals/ cleat systems that spin classes use. I am an instructor.
I had the same question...I wear an 8.5 in just about every type of shoe. I ordered these in the size 40 and they feel too snug in the toe box area. I think they run small. I am returning them for a 41.( I tried them out on my spin bike and had pain in my large toe joint.) I wear a 41 in a Shimano. Hope this helps.
I had purchased this cap in white. I am a petite woman with a small head, this cap is sized for a child. It is also very cheaply made in my opinion. The fabric is coarse and uncomfortable as well. I returned it.
I have been searching for several years for the ultimate in comfort in cycling shorts and at last have found" the one". For the cost, these are excellent shorts. The chamois is the perfect thickness. Some brands overpad the front, resulting in that horrible numb feeling. Others too much in the rear saddle area. Not these. For the price, they are great. The fabric is supportive and wicks away moisture on those upper 80 degree days nicely. The waist band is truly non binding. I wear a Small, it feels a little loose in the waist, but does not slip or gap, but hugs the body nicely. I plan on purchasing several more pairs. I have ridden in these at least two dozen times, and these are still comfortable at the 3 hour mark.
These glasses change with the lighting conditions superbly. They are light weight, made well, and look good on the face too, even though they have the rose colored lens. The orange lens glasses I own work better for lower light conditions or filtered light when riding under trees. I was hoping that I would be able to see the terrain better with these, but not the case. I had to return them however, because they gave me a headache from the stems squeezing my temples! I am a petite thin woman with a small to med size head. Ouch!
