Here's what others have to say...

Purchased for my wife. This is an okay Jersey, very light and breathable. It feels cool in Summer and gives UV protection, but the main problem is the waist band is weak and doesn't prevent the shirt from running up the torso. Take a look at the Mavic Athena LS Cycling Jersey. Cost a little more but a much better jersey.

Great Jersey!!

I bought this for my wife for summer cycling, since she hates wearing UV arm covers. I also bought the Zero RH + Comet Full-Zip Summer Jersey - Long-Sleeve. By comparison, the Mavic Jersey in all areas is much better than the Comet jersey: looks, comfort, material, ventilation, waist grip, etc. Well worth the few extra dollars. My wife says the material is so light and smooth, it doesn't feel like a long sleeve jersey. Perfect for her tan lines... no more farmer's tan!!

This is a great looking jersey. It's form fitted, but feels very comfortable because of the fabric. Choose 1 size larger for best fit. Great for rides that are on the cool side, but not cold enough for a jacket. Looks great and gives you a lot of confidence on the road.

I can't get past the opening on this balaclava. It is way to small and partially covers both eyes. There is no way to wear your cycling glasses and it obstructs your vision. It is very uncomfortable to wear. Do not buy unless you plan on cutting out a larger hole for improved vision.

When I took it out of the package, I wasn't impressed. Looked like just a simple t-shirt. However, once you put it on and put additional layers over the top, you hardly know you have it on. But, you can definitely tell it works as advertised as I kept dry and warm throughout my ride.
