Here's what others have to say...

I'm 6' 0" with a 31-32" waist and bought a medium. The short fits great, especially around my legs which are big. I have a pair of Sugoi RS in medium and everything fits great but the legs are really tight compared to the Louis Garneau. For road riding and mountain biking these shorts work great. I did buy them for cyclocross and for this usage, I wish the had silicone grippers on the thigh. The shorts ride up on the after a few remounts on the bike. Other than that I really like the cut and fit of the panels. Because of the laser welding vs stitching I'm hoping they last a very long time.

Bought these knickers to try out a pair with silicone grippers. I've used them in road rides and cross races. The leg portion don't move, they stay in place either pedaling or running with the bike in a cross race. I am 6'0" with a 32 waistline and 33 inseam (bought a large). The leg sections are long which helps it fit as they should for someone my size. I also have a pair of Sugoi RS bib knickers and though I like the panels cut and the zipper on the upper front section. The leg section always rides up and are shorter in length than the Capos. I haven't found an issue with the Capo pad. It is a little thicker than what I'm use too (Sugoi RS pad). I've ridden them from 58 to 40 road riding and 45 to 36 degrees in rain and mud for cross races.

The short fits just like the standard RS shorts. I personally like the padding used in the RS shorts. The entire short except for the straps is a fleece lined (just like the arm and leg warmers). This is great in that wherever the short covers you is a consistent layer. They bibs also come up higher around the torso and have a zipper for easy entry and removal. This does make your stomach and midsection warmer than the rest of your body. I ride these in 45-58 degree weather and find them ideal.

The knee covers of the bib are the same length as that of the Sugoi knee warmer in that some may find them short. And here is why I only gave it 4 stars vs 5. There is no silicone to help hold the knee covers down and they creep up. The still cover your knee, it is noticeable. To be fair a lot of knickers don't have silicone to help hold the knee covers down. Still a great Bib knicker.
