Oakley sunglasses are expensive but the lens quality is really great. with the radarlock XL's you really get fantastic coverage as well. The straight stem fits very well into my helmet, although I don't know that the regular stems would fit any better or worse.
I switch out the lenses very regularly. Once you figure out how to switch them you can do it in less than a minute.
My only issue is that the lenses do scratch very easily. I never dropped my glasses and one of my lenses managed to get a scratch. I still have no idea where that came from. For what it's worth it seems to be just cosmetic, lens clarity doesn't seem to be affected.
I really like this helmet. Apparently it is quite aero for a road helmet (I have no way of testing that myself), but it vents well and is more than sufficiently adjustable. I'm not sure what else I would expect from a helmet. :)
I really like these a lot! My only issue is that they are a bit pricey if you eat them regularly on your rides. But I'm not going to knock them down a star for that--all of these specialized nutrition things are expensive.
Orange is my fav!
These gloves feel really nice out on the road. I have no complaints there. My issue is that some of the stitching started to become undone after a month or so of owning the gloves. Not quite the typical castelli quality--given how much they cost I feel they could be better.
I think this is a great jersey given how much it costs. The sizing is tough as usual for castelli things, but you know that going on. I'm 6'2, 175lbs and I wear a large. I think it is a little too big. Maybe if I drop a couple pounds I can squeeze into a medium and it will be a perfect racey fit. :)
Materials and everything feel great and very high quality. I use a couple of these as my daily training jerseys and they are great.
This light like most exposure lights is fairly pricy. but I think it is worth it as it works well and the battery lasts a very long time. I charge it after every ~8 hours of use and I'm not sure that is even necessary.
My only complaint is that it has a little plastic cap to keep water from getting into the charger port. This cap is very fragile and for me ripped off almost as soon as I got the light. given how important it is to keep water out of the charger port, I would have appreciated it if exposure had built a (much) more sturdy cap for it.
