Here's what others have to say...

These replaced the stock Shimano pads I had and have done a great job, even with rims that are older and have a less-than-pristine surface. Manufacturing tolerances are good; during installation, they slipped easily (like they should) into the holders -- something that I've had problems with with other brands/brake combinations (I'm looking at you Avid).

Though part of the modulation comes from the brakes themselves, these pads have equalled, if not surpassed, that of the Shimanos. Dry stopping is excellent. Haven't had a chance to use them in the wet, yet, though expect good things as is typical from SwissStop. They are a touch softer than the stock pads, so we'll see how much longevity is affected.

All in all, a great replacement pad, if not a bit more pricey, for the Shimanos that come with your brakes. Four stars until I've had a chance to see if wet-stopping and longevity ding these pads for value.

Paired with a summer-weight base layer, this jersey kept me comfortable during the night time leg of a 24-hour race this fall. Air temps in the mid-30s to high 40s. I used a wind vest for high speed bombing runs down the mountains.

Full zip equals full ventilation. Wicking was excellent. The reflective bits were a nice touch in the dark.

Sizing is race fit. People with really long torsos may want to try it before buying. It's cut to fit while riding, so it may feel a bit short while standing. I think this is OK since it reduced bunching. Also, this fall weight jersey seems to run one size smaller than its summer weight counterpart. I'm 5'10", 42" chest, 31" waist, average torso length wearing a large (I wear a medium in summer weight). Garneau says they account for fabric thickness in sizing, but I found differently. Also, watch the velcro on your gloves--it can snag the fabric.

Good fit, true to size. Thin material so it's possible to get a bit of a tan even through the jersey. Everyone will know if you wear a base layer or a heart rate monitor :)

Nit-picky thing, but the zip is on the left-hand side like a woman's jersey. Not a reason to prevent you from getting one, especially at this price. Picked up another one when they came down in price.

One more thing: fulfillment really was "wicked fast." I ordered about 10:00pm on a Sunday night, and it was on a truck on its way to my house by 1:00am the next morning. No weekend lag. Very nice.
