Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

The jersey is a great value at the sale price so I can't be too rough.
I like the tighter fit. Jerseys shouldn't flap in the wind or hang when the pockets are loaded - keep em high & tight, fellas....
I don't get the idea of a jersey that is so long that it's 1/2 way down your rear. They should fit at the waist.
Hincapie jerseys, at least the few that I own, have a nice mesh on the sides which helps in the temp control dept.
The thinner material makes for a better summer/warm weather item. Here in Phoenix, I could get away with this year round.
The colors and quality are good and I'm sure this will hold up as well as any other.
Grab one, especially for the sale price.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Thought I'd try this as it was on sale and it's HOT here in Phoenix.
It produces a light tingle when the air hits your feet. But, after some time on the bike, I couldn't decipher whether it was still working.
Here in Phoenix, we have 8 month summer seasons. Some days are easily above 110 degrees. So I have to cut the product some slack for that. Aside from ice, I'm not sure what would work.
On the negative, there's a graphic flammable warning on the product. I'm just not too sure that I'm comfortable applying something on my skin that has this warning....
Neat idea. Probably great in 'regular' summer temps.

First, I really like DeMarchi clothing. They, like most (real) Italian, made in Italy, clothing companies, produce quality. I'll buy Italian/USA over the Chinese products, 98% of the time. Honestly, you should consider where your dollars are going.

Anyhow, I can see and feel the differences in the fabric, stitching, and such.

My complaint with this jersey was the sizing was way off - especially for an Italian product (they always run small). I like my kit snug and this one, despite falling actually below my measurements, has a handful of material on the sides flapping in the wind. Ironically, the arms fit pretty snug - and I don't exactly have guns at 149 lbs.
I should have sent it back, but I will just have to avoid anything heavy in the pockets for fear of it rolling from side to side.
Otherwise, it's well made, and simple enough to actually stand out in the graphics crazy pack.

Wow, did I literally fall in love with these bibs from minute one.
Excellent fit, somewhat compressive in the legs. Subtle graphics and just an amazing chamois. That pad is something else. I have been comfortable on serious, 4 hour, smash fest group rides.
When I returned home, I noticed the mass salt on the surface of the fabric telling me that they did their job well to pull moisture from my skin.
I snagged a pair on sale and should have bought a few!

These bibs are pretty good....not excellent, but probably will do for the job.
I've owned a few pair of capo bibs over the years and they fit reasonably well, are true to size ('merican size, not Italian), and are generally pretty comfy over a good 3 hour, spirited, group ride.
I've not been blown away by the chamois on any of my capo bibs. I've never owned top of the line for the brand, but I don't think one needs to shell out $200 for a quality, race worthy, all day, chamois.
For the money, I like Santini, Nalini and Giordana for quality, longevity and, thier respective chamois.
If you can grab these on sale, they are worth the money to have a good set in your rotation.

l_r4669947wrote a question about on January 12, 2015

Curious to know if this is for a low, med or high volume foot.
Can you give specifics? - narrower than a sidi but not as low volume as an s works, etc.
I need the lowest volume fit (not narrow, low volume) possible.
If this is not appropriate, can you suggest another make/model?
Thank you
