Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
This jacket has the best material of the jackets I tried in my search for wind and rain resistance on moderately cold days. The material is extremely light and the jacket is well-designed and comfortable. It has a very low drop in the back to make sure you're covered even in the aero position.
I found, though, that comparably priced products had two advantages to sway me vs. this jacket: 1) The lack of vents or pit zips on a jacket of this size makes it stifling when all you want is wind resistance, not warmth. 2) Because the arms were cut a little large for me, there was a lot of fluttering there and on my upper back. This would probably vary by body type, though I'm pretty broad at my shoulders, chest, and upper arms, meaning it might actually get worse.
