Have been on 20 or so rides now and can safely say that this bike is a solid ride - comfortable on cross country trails and solid on technical climbs and descents. A big step up from my previous 2004 vintage Santa Cruz Blur...
That being said, it took awhile to get to this point. As shipped, required complete tune-up of derailleurs and suspension. Rear derailleur cable housing was split and cable was exposed and frayed. And the Schwalbe tires...there may be fans out there, but I found the front to be "twitchy" and the rear prone to lose traction on descents. Finally took them off and replaced with Kenda Nevegals - MUCH better.
Still feel like I got a great deal on a great bike. No regrets.
