Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Was so stoked to see backcountry making a thin minimal riding glove. Padding reduces feel and can even lead to more fatigue. I'd rather have the padding on the handlebars or grips IMHO. I use it across the board for MTB and road riding. I have at least 50 rides now and no issues showing up with durability! It's also super aero and I agree with Sage - you hardly know it's there!

Steve is spot on... the toe has lower volume so size up 1/2 size if you want a roomier fit. I ordered the same size as my Mavic road shoes, but I'm thinking they will stretch out after a few rides. Weight was 381g on size 9.5. Less rubber = less weight. MTB shoes can be light too.

Don't know what MTB would be without Sombrio. It's good to see a company that listens to their riders and customers and then delivers up the goods! This jersey fits me perfectly. It's loose, but still is cut for an athletic fit and the material is just the right weight. The black on my red/black jersey does get a little hot, but not so bad as there are breakups. Highly recommend!
