Familiarity: I've used it several times
I just bought this Castelli Espresso due jacket. Seriously well made for cold condition for below freezing point with a short sleeve base layer for me. I suggest you add a stainless steel key ring or cords on each side vent zippers so you can open them with winter gloves, same for wrist vent, especially when going uphill to avoid overheat. Fom me medium sized according to the chart was ok for close to body thorso fit, 6'-175lbs, large was to floppy. The trade off is having slightly shorter arm lenght but can be easely covered with decent pair of winter gloves. I suggest you wear a very good winter thermal/polar tight bib for temperature fit.
