This tailight is very bright compared to the planet bike super flash. It may be because it has the built in reflector. It also has the yellow flashing light on all three sides. Very easy to install and remove. No tools required.
I bought this light and it is amazingly small. The headlight could fit in a childs closed fist. The taillight has a built in reflector that is very visible when headlights shine on it. Cars realize your there because of the higher position. The front and rear also have yellow flashing lights. Front light is amazingly bright for it's tiny size.
i have used these in temps as low as 30 degrees, granted on very sunny days. they are not very warm, but they are windproof. on very cold days as low as 10 degrees, i have used these as a baselayer for my specialized sub zeros.
i have used this on 35 degree days with just a craft baselayer. granted it was on very sunny days. i also have the gore bike wear xenon so jacket. with these two items i have ridden in 0 degrees with high winds. it has kept me very warm.
this light is rated at 110 lumens for the head light and 4 lumens for the tail light. the 4 lumens for the tail light is about the same as the planet bike super flash just with 4 leds instead of 1. both lights are very visible.
