I ride almost exclusively Capo or Castelli stuff, so I know my sizes very well. I ordered this jersey and although the sleeves were fine, the chest and waist were cut VERY small. The material and quality was first rate, but the cut is smaller that the usual capo jerseys, and I have a closet full of them, so I know what i'm talking about. Order up if you need to.
This is, as usual from Castelli, a very good jersey. It is sized a bit small per their usual standards, so you may want to size up. It is not a winter jersey, as the inside of the jersey, while it has a soft, warm inside, is not fit for use in the winter. Just for fall, perhaps early winter. It looks great, the colors are true, and the red really pops on the black jersey.
All in all, a much better than "average" jersey, and well worth the sale price, and even the regular price.
This one is great! brushed inside and really keeps you warm. Very wind resistant with one band around the knee that is (i think) wind proof, so your knees stay warm. The chamois is top notch! Very comfortable without bunching up at all.
I usually wear an XL, so I purchased that size. I guess on the Louis Garneau I'm on the small size of XL, as they are a little big, but not enough to trade sizes.
Overall, a great knicher with an awesome pad.. i can recommend these.
why do they put such crappy wheels on such a nice bike?
