Here's what others have to say...

Ordered the full Riserva kit (bibs/jersey/arm warmers/socks) and was the most worried about the arm warmers. I have size S arm warmers from Pearl Izumi and they don't stay up. Sugoi's size S works for me and I was wondering if I'd always need to buy Sugio warmers. Fortunately the S/M in these fits lanky arms like mine! I'm 6' tall and these are actually a tiny bit long - they bunch a little at the wrists. No big deal for me, but if you're shorter than me just beware.
These match the bib in that they have the thin fleece layer in them for a little added warmth. I wore these with a very thin wind shell over them on a 40 degree ride and wasn't terribly warm, but fine overall. I'd say these probably work best in 45 - 60.

I purchased these bibs, along with the matching short sleeve jersey, arm warmers, and socks for colder rides in Colorado winters. I'm 6', 135 lbs and got a M bib, S jersey, and S arm warmers. Everything fits perfectly. I have long, thin arms, and the arm warmers actually stay up! They are long, and actually bunch a little bit at my wrists - no big deal but if you're shorter than me you'll have a decent amount of bunching.
I got to test the kit out yesterday on a 40 degree with no wind. The bib, as people have mentioned has a real thin layer of fleece on the inside that adds more warmth than I would expect. The legs come down to about shin height, and with the socks I had about 2-3" of bare leg. The bib overall is ridiculously comfortable. Feels like you're wearing pajamas while riding! The material has a good stretch as well, while maintaining it's warmth. The chamois is nice and form fitting (no diaper look), though thin compared to others I've worn. The straps are a great length, and overall it fits pretty snug.
The jersey is a touch short (had to get a S due to my lankiness) but expected. It's a little heavier than my other jerseys, so adds a little warmth as well (not much though). I wore it with a base layer underneath, and a wind shell over it and was fine in 40 degrees (with arm warmers, of course).
The socks are your basic thin, breathable sock. Nothing fancy.
