Brian C.wrote a review of Fox Racing Reflex Gel Glove - Men's on July 1, 2013
Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I tried the Fox Attack and Ranger gloves before this and was somewhat disappointed. The Fox Attack glove seemed to run too small. They were hard to get on and didn't feel nearly as comfortable as they looked. The Clarino palm material is firmer than the Double Ax Suede material so it sort of bunches up and gets annoying too. The Fox Ranger glove is made out of the Double Ax Suede like this Reflex Gel glove but the upper material isn't as flexible as the stuff on the Reflex Gel, the thumb/nose wipe material isn't as nice, and after a few longer rides, I realized I did want a bit more padding in my palm area. So that led me to finally go ahead with this glove, and I think I've finally got myself a winner. It feels very soft and flexible with just a little bit of extra padding in the palm but not enough to be annoying - I can still get a good grip on the handlebars. It flows air pretty well but might still keep my hands warmer on cooler days - so that's a good balance. And I love the white/black colored styling. So after wasting 75 dollars on gloves, and just about giving up on the Fox brand, I think I am now happy. And Back Country shipped my order extremely fast and put them on a little sale so I am very satisfied with them overall. So thanks to everyone involved!
