Favorite thing to eat on the bike after banana's. Powerbars are weird, either its to cold and they are like trying to eat frozen silly putty or its hot and they are like a semi solid gel that still requires chewing. And I've never met a clif bar that didnt require 2 watter bottles and a refil to wash down. Stinger waffles seem to almost melt in my mouth and dont leave me feeling like I have cotton mouth. Also feel like they work quicker, had a low glycogen moment between races this year that was quickly solved with a banana and honey waffle.
Just stick with honey. The other flavors dont seem to work so well, at least for me.
