Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

These fit quite tight, and as far as being anatomically correct, for me there was no room for my junk. It said right there on the really nice placard that it was attached - "Men's Specific Anatomically Shaped...Chamois Pad..." Ooooooh, for THAT part, I was thinking for the stuff that needs a place to be tucked and cradled. For MY part there was simply no room, and I'm no show'er.

I have no problems with standard spandex bike shorts size L - I'd try for an XL but we're already finishing summer I can get a regular pair down at Academy or whatever. Interesting details but these just didn't work for me.

Familiarity: I've used it several times

For all the talk on size I wear a 9 and bought a 9 and it fit just fine. The design does give extra toe room so without a sock it does feel roomy across the tops of the toes but that's by design. I got used to it pretty quick even though I prefer a heavier and tighter feel for actual trail running. It is very light on your feet...

I just got these and wore them around the house a day os so then went for a little 14 miler this afternoon in cool weather. I did wear a cycling short underneath but this short is very functional as a mid-season Irish misty run or ride go-to 3/4 pant. The material is stretchy but thick enough to give you a protective layer from the elements when you hit them, pockets the right size for your normal gotta haves, and the length is mid calf on me (Large on 5'9" frame). So far so good, will know more as I put it to use. I live in the SW and this is a perfect addition to my kit....

II got it new on GearTrade and am embarrassed at how little I paid...what a steal!
