Here's what others have to say...

I have ridden about 750 miles on this wheel set and have only great things to say about them. I mounted tubeless Schwalbe Ultremo ZX's on them and could not be happier. Not sure how to explain how smooth and fast they are. The ceramic bearings make them super fast and the tubeless tires are more comfortable than running with tubes. I expect once people try them, tubes will be a thing of the past as in Mountain biking.

You cannot go wrong with the 4 season tire. If you will be riding in winter and in wet conditions these are awesome and will go forever 3,500-4,000 miles. If you never ride in the elements but ride lots and lots of miles then I would recommend getting the Continental Gator Hard Skins.

These are made to race and not to put on thousands of miles of use. They are light weight and have a very thin side wall which tend to tear easily if you brush them up against a curb. You will know as you will keep getting flats. If you plan on training for thousands of miles better to get the gator hard skins or 4 season continental. With that said, they are awesome tires.

Depends on what you have underneath it, but typically you wear a thin base layer then jersey and then vest over top. Typically 50-60 degrees Fahrenheit depending on the humidity in the air and if it is sunny or not. Sixty and sunny you may be too warm but if it is 60 and damp it may work. Hope that helps.

The name Tactel® is derived from “tacto” – the Latin word for “touch.” Tactel® is a special type of nylon that was first introduced as a unique product in 1983. It was originally used in manufacturing ski apparel, but designers quickly discovered the fabric offered benefits for other types of garments as well.

If you’re not familiar with synthetic fabrics, you may be surprised to learn that items made with Tactel® offer several benefits. Tactel® is said to dry eight times faster than cotton, but it is at least twice as soft as most other fibers. Tactel® is lightweight and breathable, making it appropriate for many different types of clothing. In addition, this fabric is three times as resilient as comparable natural fibers.

I have used these gloves twice in 33-37 degree weather and the my hands were cold in the first 5 minutes. I had to go back and get my Defeets and wear them under the liners to keep my hands warms. Sorry Giro but for $70 I would expect more. The liners do absolutely nothing and are very thin. I even sized up as tight gloves mean cold hands.

For sizing, my hand measure 8 7/8 inches around the knuckle and they fit well.
