Easily the best bib I've worn. I've ridden Castelli, Assos, Pearl, Capo, Giordana, Champion System, Voler, and Primal. The compression is ideal, the leg grippers are a gel and don't crack with the expansion of the fabric, the straps are comfortable, and the pad is comfortable, but not obtrusive. The pad, in fact, isn't noticeable when in the saddle. I'm 6'1" and 165, and I'm in a medium(I have skinny legs).
By far the best jersey I ever worn and its the actual version the team wears, not the typical replica version. If you like the fit of Castelli and Capo, this Craft is for you. Nice snug fabric that in no way feels tight. When I opened the zipper to ventilate, it was still form fitting and didn't balloon or flap in the wind
I would give this vest 5 stars, but there is one hold back that is probably a non-issue for most. This is a great foul weather vest. It kept me warm and dry, even at 8,000-12,000ft in sleeting conditions and howling down 8% grade mountain roads at +45 mph. My biggest issue was only the zipper. It is a high quality, well built and waterproof zipper, but difficult to operate while on the bike. Even with both hands it takes an effort to zip it up. I was a bit worried to try and ride and do simple adjustments. All said and done, it is possibly the best performing fabric in the cycling world. It breathed and kept me cool when doing 10 mile efforts up Colorado mountain passes, and warm as I bombed down the other sides.
It also packs very well. It is incredibly light and I could fold and roll it up smaller than a soda can. It packs perfectly for jersey pockets.
Love these! I use them for mild temp(~45-55F) riding. I'll put them under the bibs and head out. Skins would be smart to put a different fabric behind the knee, but I'm just picky. They bunch slightly when you do knee bend past 90 degrees. I never noticed it while riding. Sometimes, I even sleep in them. I swear I sleep better in them. Maybe I'm just imagining it, but I thought I'd mention it. As far as size goes it was spot on for me. 6'1/165lbs/33" waist and long lean legs fits a large. Compression and waist are great, but much taller and they'll start getting a bit short in length.
I LOVE these shorts!! I am 6'1", 165 with a 33" waist and fit perfectly into a large...fyi. Nice low front waistline. Good compression. Great material. Great pad. My only beef is that the graphics on the leg grippers has seemingly bleed a little in only a month. That even is with hand washing and drip drying. So, take it for what's worth, but I would definitely buy another pair though.
