These gloves have a great fit - snug but not constricting. They are warm but still breathe well enough to wear in warm spring weather. They have become my go-to gloves for cycling, driving, running - anything. For me, they are good down to 30°F at the coldest - but I'm skinny, so my appendages get cold pretty quickly.
The plastic is squeezable and doesn't feel brittle. It really is easier to clean! And the plastic smell came off with the first wash.
One thing: it is pretty tall - I can just barely get it into the cage on my down tube.
I got it for $5 from Bonktown.
Very solid leather construction. The heel support is a little low - my foot moves up and down a little, even if you strap the tongue down tightly; and if the straps are too tight the tongue digs into your front tibial tendon.
This is my first pair of biking-specific shoes, so I don't have anything to compare them to.
I got an XS. The chest area fit well, but the waist opening is very difficult to pull over my chest/shoulders. Same goes for the sleeve cuffs; in fact, it was cutting off circulation to my hands after 15 minutes of wear. The sleeves were also several inches too long for me (I'm 5'7" with longer-than-average arms)
I like the shirt but it just didn't fit me well. Larger sizes might be better proportioned.
