Here's what others have to say...

I have had these shorts for a while now, and they have a few holes and rips from some crashes. That is to be expected though, not everything is going to hold up through every fall. But the material does seem a little weak for MTB shorts. I did buy an older model from the backcountry outlet site so maybe they have made them tougher.

The model that I got does not have a removable liner, it is integrated in the shorts. The only gripe really I would have is the chamois isn't as thick as some of my other shorts.

Pockets are great, one zipper/ one velcro for the cargo. Velcro side straps to tighten down.

Great pads. Go on fast and very easy, and that is thanks to how they "snap-on" instead of velcro. There is velcro so that you can get them exactly how you want, and then after that, no more adjusting needed. They have saved my knees and shins on many many occasions. Although some how on my last ride/crash I managed to scrape up the tops of both knees some how while wearing the pads. I went down pretty hard and fast so I'm not sure exactly how this happened. I definitely recommend these.

I decided to buy this particular body armor mostly because it was one of the cheaper ones with sleeves attached that looked nice as well. Now that I have it, I will not buy it again, unless Fox made some upgrades to it. Adding a thumb hole would be great. I have had the sleeves ride up my arms on multiple crashes. Overall, I this definitely does the job, but I suggest just save a few extra coins and get a different one. I cannot recommend any other since this is all I have used. As far as sizing, I am a tall, but skinny guy, so I decided to get the medium, only because I didnt want the large to be too big around the chest. It ended up being quite short on me, a friend ended up buying it and I then got the large, and it fits great. Definitely breathes well, and looks cool too.

I have heard so many good things about these grips, so I decided to try them. And I was definitely glad I did. I'm not sure if I will try anything different, aweseme that they come in different colors too.

Have only rode it a few times since I got it and most were downhill, so not much saddle time. But the ride I did with my wife the other day through town was not very comfortable. Part of it could have been that I didn't have any riding shorts on. Then again, that is what you get when you purchase a seat over the internet and are not looking for the most comfortable based on reviews. I bought it because I liked the looks and the added "thigh grips." So for the reason that I bought it, I love it. 1 star taken for comfort.

I have had these pedals for about a month now. I have riden them lots of times on the pavement. Only a couple times up/down the mountain. My first experience with them up the mountain resulted in my handlebar punching me in the center of my chest, and has been bruised for weeks now. I am still learning the unclipping techniques. But over I love them so far, no complaints. I went with the SLs cause the price was right and also the variety of color choices.

The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because within days after I purchased them, Crank Brothers redid their whole line-up and the Candy pedal was part of it. And now the Candys are metal, and not the plastic (except for the 1's).
