WOW! The feel that you get from these guys is amazing. At first they can be a little touchy but after a few min you are good to go. The power that these little guys have is just out of this world. Coming from Avid's it was night a day. Simple to setup, simple to bleed, simple to adjust just great design. You should be aware that the lever is a little on the sort side, personally I like it but it may not be for everyone.

I have 160 on the front and rear of my ASR5 and love um. Even as a big boy the 160 up front combined with the new XT brakes is more then enough to slow me down. Zero brake fade even on long shuttle runs. Happy I spent the few extra $ on the these.

The stem is great crazy stiff compared to the OEM truvant that was on the my bike before. Looks great and is very light. Only issue is after about a 3 months now the top cap that holds the bars on is getting a little discolored. Not a big deal but just tossing it out there.

I've have had my ASR5 for almost 4 months now and I'm absolutely loving the bike. It’s almost scary how much confidence this bike can give you. It has a much stiffer mid stroke to the rear suspension allowing you to carve turns and hit things that you probably shouldn't on a 5" bike.
What to not like about the bike-
The enduro kit is lack luster. I know it’s not a fault of the "bike" but it make the experiences just a little less.....Fun. The wheels are not bad, stiff but crazy heavy for this style bike and they don't utilize the 12mm dropout. The stem and handlebar setup are also heavy and that I'm ok with at this price point but they are flexy. The brakes are so/so but I have had to bleed them twice so far. The drive train is fine. It should be said that this was my first SRAM drivetrain and it will be my last.

All these things are minor wheel are just heavy and replacing the stem and handlebars is cheap. The core bike is amazing the fork is top notch and the rear setup is as solid. Just add a dropper seatpost on this baby and shred.
