Here's what others have to say...

As RealCyclist pro Tommy Nankervis would say - Sick Stix! This is the best jersey available for everyday use; comfortable and cool but still sturdy. I have been using mine all year day in and day out, washing and drying in the machine and they are still just like new. Holding up better than any team kit I've had. Not to mention it is the best looking kit in the US peloton this year. I think the blue might even be cooler and keeps it original.

Does just what it needs to, works perfectly for brisk temps when you can expect it to get warmer and need to take it off. If you need something for colder weather check out the 'wind' version of this; it is wind proof and seriously warm.

Hey Lovey,
Looks like your looking at the right options for your needs. It seems to me that the two pedals are pretty similar, this one (the m324) looks to be a little more geared towards off road use and might have a slightly grippier platform for the casual shoe side. The other option (the a530) seems like it has a slightly sleeker design and looks more geared to the casual, around town on the road rider. I would opt for the slightly larger platform of the A 530 for use with sneakers and it looks like Realcyclist has a nice deal on it right now too, so that may be the way to go!

Hey J Weiss,
I know its been a while since you asked, but I think I can help you out with your question or for anyone else with the same one. I'm about 6'1 with a 32 inch waist and I would definitely go for the mediums, mainly because I have pretty skinny little legs and the goal here is to get the tights, well, nice and tight. Don't worry as much about the length - you look silly in them no matter what. It is probably best to pair these with a pair of socks or, even better, some compression calf high socks, so that will take care of any problems with being a bit short.

these things are pretty awesome, in a race or a hard ride they go down infinitely easier than a bar or gel, taste amazing, no sticking in your mouth, easy to digest and gets the calories and electrolytes in when you need it.

Amazing that we went so long without someone coming up with this, but to actually be able to scrub your bottle clean in a few seconds versus hassling with trying to find something to get the gunk off the bottom of dirty bottles is great. Does exactly the same thing as normal bottles, but you won't have to toss it after a couple of months.

Great cassettes, the best you can buy. I think I've used a ten speed dura ace 11-23 cassette for 5 years on and off for training. Keep it clean and it will last for a long time, and still be lighter than what you had before.
