Looking for a hardtail not necessarily a 29er, how does this ride perform? I am thinking of getting this SC or the Highball D XC. I miss the hardtail feeling but don't know if I should get the carbon or aluminum.
Overall great helmet for all conditions. I have used this helmet in the middle of summer when the humidity is really high and I haven't had any complaints. I like the ventilation holes better than the other helmets because it's less likely that spiders/ticks/bugs will fall in.
I have mine upside down, just change the setting in your camera to flip the image. You can install it the other way but I preferred this way because of how the video looks. You should try both ways to see which you prefer.
I purchased this tires for the type of terrain that it's for. The name Gato means cat in spanish, as you know cats are very agile, just like this tires. Seriously, I noticed the difference right away. Good cornering, good grip and good traction. Half the price of the ones that I use to have. I recommend them to any one who is looking for new ones. Good for loose dirt, roots and rocks. Check their website.
