Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have been using the Helium Bib shorts for sometime and love them, but last year I bought a one other Infinity Bib Shorts on sale. Now I am forever spoiled. These are some of the best bibs I have ever used. Right up there with the Hincapie Signature Bibs.

I am not sure that there is a more perfect warm weather riding sock. I regularly ride in 100+ degree temps and monsoon humidity during the summer months. Keeping cool and dry is critical. Often I will finish up a multi hour ride with these socks being dry. I don't get that kind of performance out of my expensive wool hiking socks.

And these socks hold up too. I have purchased about 5 pairs of them over the past two years with the idea that they will wear out eventually. I have used them on the road, in the dirt and commuting for thousands of miles. With the exception of some fading from washing and use the oldest pair is just as wearable as the newer ones I have.

Awesome socks for sure.

I recently decided to replace my tried and true well used Giro Atmos helmets with a new ones. For me the Giro was the perfect balance of ventilation, weight and fit. I looked at all the new offerings and decided to try out the Mavic Plasma SLR as one of my options. And I am so glad I did. While a bit heaver then the Giro Atmos or Aeon I do not notice and the fit and air flow make it not matter. And the price here on CC makes it a done deal. I bought two of the SLR's and another non-SLR Plasma for off road. Very pleased!

I am 5'11", 170lbs, athletic build and the large fits me like a glove. I originally went with the Mavic HC kit, but that fit a little large and the jersey pockets stretched out when loaded so I ordered this one up. I am glad I did. This is perfect for the long and ultra hot Arizona summers where it's 100+ even at 5am. It is clearly quality made. I liked this kit so much I ordered another jersey and two more bib shorts for next season. One word of warning is the front panel on the jersey is somewhat see through, so you'll want to be ok with that.
