I first tried these at work when I was suffering a mid-afternoon bonk. My neighbor handed me one in a desperate attempt to keep me from sleeping on my keyboard. So delicious! I now take them with me on my long runs. They're tasty, easy to digest, and they don't upset my stomach. The only downside, if you'd consider it that, is that sometimes when you run at a good pace and munch at the same time, you can inhale little waffle crumbs down the wrong pipe. I guess that's a risk you take when you partake of solid food when you're really moving... Don't let that stop you from enjoying serious waffle goodness out there.
