This Jersey is awesome. The fit is perfect, 5'9" 170, size large. It's a race cut so I would size up unless you really like it tight. Only issue I had so far was the zipper came loose and both sections zipped up. Could have been me being in a hurry to dress. If I take my time it's not a problem. Real happy with jersey. The yellow on black is stunning and with the bibs really glows in the late evening. I would buy again so far.
I own several base layers and by far these are the best. Stops the wind and vents nicely. I just bought the short sleeve and paid full price, so this is a steal. I have the long sleeve also. You will not go wrong with the Craft base layers.
I purchased the leg warmers about a year ago, being 2012 and the first time I wore them I had a problem with the right leg warmer. It would not stay in place. They were really warm and I would wear them several more times trying to adjust the right warmer, but it still would just slide down to my knee. I still have them because it hurts to just throw that kind of money away but be warned. The warmers I see for sell now look a little different, but still no grippers.
Where can I purchase a replacement shield for my Giro attact helmet. Mine was stolen
Just got back from a 40 mile ride with my bike club. Loaded bike, drove home and started washing clothes and dishes and then realized I still had these bibs on. Incredible feel. I have purchased Assos Mille F5, Castelli 2.0 Gore Zenon, and several other top of the line bibs and none of them have felt this good. I bought mine from Competitive Cyclist but both have them discounted. If you can find your size you owe it to yourself as a reward for cycling this Summer to buy a pair. I promise you will not regret it. Best chamois I have used to date.
I use Specialize equipment but when it comes to cycling apparel I turn to companies that specialize in apparel. I went to a local bike shop and tried on the Gore Xenon Sonic and the Castelli Body Paint. I loved both of them. The bike shop did not have my size so I purchased the Gore from Realcyclist. It's kind of up there in price but after you wear it you will understand why. I have about eight pair of bib tights and I will always turn to the Gore or the Assos. Both are expensive and both are worth it. The chamois on the Xenon is the best I've seen and felt. The bib fits tight material is high quality. You owe it to yourself to at least try a pair. I'm 5'9.5" and 165 lbs and the medium is perfect. Thanks MR. Gore for increasing the number of miles I can ride.
I needed a long sleeve Jersey for the fall. I really trust in the ratings and with just one review decided to buy it. Best decision I made in 2011. It's January now and I still go to this Jersey. I'm 5'9.5 tall and push around 165 lbs. I purchased the medium and although the sleeves are a little long it fits nicely. It's also warm and with a good base that's windproof, cycling in 40 degrees is not a problem. The jersey looks awesome and can match up with almost any color tights. If you have the good fortune to purchase a top tier Jersey then you should really consider this one.
