Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

It works well enough, but this is definitely a diminutive seat pouch -- you're going to have to make compromises if you're used to carrying around a more luxurious flat kit. I find the velcro to be pretty secure -- in that the bag has never come loose -- but I occasionally get some rattling from the bag against the saddle rails no matter how tight I cinch it.

FYI, I can juuuuust barely fit one skinny tube, two small levers, one CO2 cartridge, an inflator, and a patch kit. I'd love a TINY bit more room for either an extra cartridge or a multitool, but the above has been sufficient for the vast majority of my rides.

Fantastic value. S size fits great (5'2" - 120lbs) and the thickness of the jacket is perfect for a good range of temperatures (30-60 degrees) with varying base layers. Love the added length in the back - good coverage and does not ride up.

The zip off sleeves are cool, but there is no way I'd be able to zip these sleeves on without taking the whole jacket off to finagle it (maybe in time...). Note that the neon yellow is not the lemon yellow pictured but a true, flourescent, greenish-yellow neon, which is great on the road but a little too intense if you end up wearing the jacket indoors. I'm exchanging for the white.

I got this jacket in the white, size S. Looked great and fit great (5'2" / 120 lbs) over a base layer. Very stylish.

Unfortunately, the climate where I live is pretty temperate, and even on a short commute, I immediately heated up in this softshell, given the nice fuzzy fleece lining and lack of venting options. This would be great for 25-45 degree rides but for anything above (unless you run very cold), it's probably overkill.

One additional issue was that the back would ride up somewhat compared with other long-tailed thermal jackets I tried, which can be an issue if you're pairing with low-waisted jeans on a commute rather than with cycling gear...
