Here's what others have to say...

This is an interesting pair of shorts. The welded seams and material remind me of a wet suit but it's clearly not.
Pros - Very comfy, they feel good when wearing them. Very light weight as well. Size seems to run true for me. I'm 5'10" 175lbs and I'm wearing a medium. Great for wearing as casual wear.
Cons - I've run in them a couple of times and I'm not real thrilled with them for that. I think it's because of the leg length. I like my running shorts to be above the knee and these are not. Not much in the way of storage capacity for a wallet or keys, pockets are small.
Bottom line? I like them and will wear them as casual shorts. For running? No. I'll probably get another pair or two.

I've been using the 1st Endurance Ultragen for a couple of years now. I typically will use it within the first 30 minutes of a hard workout as a recovery drink. I do think it helps me to recover a little quicker than if I hadn't used it. Downside is that it's a little on the pricey side.

Bought a pair of the Quantums last summer. They aren't the usual La Sportiva shoe in that there's a whole lot more cushion on the sole. The thing I like about these is that you can hammer a downhill section of trail and not worry too much about how bad your feet will hurt. The traction is great provided you're running dry trails. If you take these into snowy or muddy trails, watch out, the traction really sucks. Still, I really like them for my summer running.
