I haven't taken any falls on this yet (expect an update soon...) so as of yet the helmet has only served an aesthetic purpose. But in that regard its been great, with more of a freeride look than some similar helmets.
I like the coverage in the back, as it seems to offer more protection than many other helmets.
I've worn two other Giro helmets skiing for several years, and I find that the fit is the same for the size M. The adjust-ability has worked out fine for me, and while the strap doesn't really offer much in terms of adjustment other than length, I've never found much need for additional adjustment anyways.
So far, I'm a fan.
I have these in the "dark khaki" color.
The diamond print is a bit more defined in person than it appears online - which is fine - just a little unclear from the photos.
They seem to fit true to size and the material is stretchier than I expected, which is nice since I'm sort of between sizes.
My only complaint is the chamois could probably stand to be a little better padded.
Other than that, as the title says, I like 'em.
So far they're ok.
I got a flat on one of the tubes trying to install it. This was probably (definitely) my fault, but it points to their fragility just the same.
Other than that, they fill out my tire and seem to roll in a circle.
They're inexpensive and they take off tires!
They seem to work better than the back of a spoon (this is probably to be expected), which is what I think I was using before.
They are a little thick, which can make getting tighter tires off a little tricky. Otherwise, I'm surprised by the build quality. So far I'm pleased.
