I purchased one of these for myself four years ago, I still use it on every bike ride I take. The rides are plentiful, including commuting, pleasure crafting, and a few tours; it has held up very well to all of this use. I am 5'10" and 190 lbs., I wear the large, it fits snug but not tight and I can wear it over just a t-shirt all the way up to a fleece backed too-big-for-me softshell jacket. I have bought two more since to give as gifts, the recipients have been pleased as well. An added wonder is the extra room many motorists give a wearer of this vest as I have ridden just a handful of times without this since it's purchase, people give people without this vest less room on the road, it is a fact. A wonderful product, safety first is a good policy.
No these do not have a chamois/liner included. I suggest getting a liner and combining them with these pants for a nice ride.
I have only had these for 4 days of riding thus far, but they have worked great. I am a 36" waist and the larges fit great. There is none of the sticky substance found at the leg hole of many bike shorts. I dig this, as that stuff generally annoys me and seems like over-engineering.
The longest day I have done in these was 35 miles. Three quarters of that was paved road riding, the rest was on forest service packed dirt/mud/snow roads. They stayed comfortable through the day, I am looking to pick up more of these once they are in stock. These are great bike shorts that should work for road or mountain biking.
This bike light is perfect for around town riding. The battery charge lasts for upwards of 2 hours, good for two nighttime commutes for me. It is small, packs in my pannier top pocket easily. The size should not fool you though, it lights the road well, able to avoid the nasty potholes and road flotsam out there. A great light for the price.
