Just traded in the WTB Volt that arrived on my 5010 for a Selle Italia Gel Flow, and I wish I had done it sooner. I was looking for a bit more saddle width with some additional cushion for my sit bones, and this is exactly that. The soft tissue relief is an added benefit of going with a women's saddle. The Gel Flow throughout the saddle and soft nose makes the weight shifts and "boobs on bar" climbs a hell of a lot more bearable. And while the saddle is soft, it's still stiff, athletic and lightweight.

I am one of those dingbats on the bike prone to bumps and bruises. And I would've banged up my elbow really good this evening without the g-form protection. It's sore, and bruised, but it's without cracks or dents. I couldn't agree more with the post below, these pads are reliable, lightweight, slim protection. Perfect for wearing under layers on a downhill, and comfortable enough for the peddle up.

Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

So, the copy says these are a "four-way stretch knit" but the shorts feel more like a woven, the fabric is thin and light weight, but does not give. I purchased a 28 (my old pair is a 28) and they were just a bit too constricting for peddling so I returned them. They are a nice length for fitting over knee pads.

Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

Purchased these as a gift, he'd been wearing some cotton/poly cargo-esque shorts from a few years ago, those quickly went to the weekend grubby clothes pile. The new shorts have been fully adopted into the biking rotation. 15 miles on the trail, pull out the chamois, couple of hours in the car, wash the bikes, a bit of grilling, cervezas, and he's still wearing the shorts. He wears a 31/32, and the 32 is perfect, he's also pretty slim. I am impressed by the fabric and construction, ultralight weight with smooth seams. The chamois looks all time, good coverage, good length and thickness around the bottom band will keep the shorts from moving. The shorts are to be lived in. The mesh insert only increases the breath-ability of these highly breathable shorts. There's great stretch for peddling, good length to keep that white thigh hidden and the fabric seems fairly abrasion resistant. Get two pairs.

Whilst waiting for a shuttle in Moab I realized my factory grips were completely shredded and no longer stuck to the handle bar, the end caps had fallen out forever ago. I was told lock-ons were the way to go and with Renthals legacy in Moto, that these were worth a shot. I went with the light grey, soft. The silicone is soft but it's thin so don't expect anything super cushy. The material and texture is ultra grippy and creates strong contact with the bar, even with a light touch on the chattery down hills I feel connected. Give them a shot!

Great trail shoe for packed surfaces, the extra cushion makes them comfortable for distance, gravel and roots, while the drop is still minimal and keeps ya feeling close to the ground! Rubber is ultra sticky, worked great during some light hiking in Moab, and the laces have a unique twist that keeps them really locked in place once laced up! Size up a half of a size, I normally wear a 9.5, often 10 in sneakers and I sized up to 10.5.
