Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This fork is amazing. So supple in the chop and progressive enough to handle the big hits. Its incredibly smooth (ahem Fox). I had to dial up the rebound a bit out of the box and installed one of the bumpers they provide to make it more progressive (stiffer deeper in the travel) but it has easily met all of my expectations. I'm using it on a DB Mission as an AM weapon and it has handled everything from bike park days to long grinding XC rides. The 3 settings on the damper provide flexibility depending on what you are riding, it really handles everything well. Take the Fox out to pasture and saddle up with the Pike, best decision you will ever make.

I've got this derailleur mated with ZEE cranks and 1x10 speed XT gearing. With a Narrow Wide ring upfront no chain guide and the clutch engaged I have had no issues with the chain derailing and the shifting is smooth as silk. Before installing the NW ring I did have a few issues with the bike spitting the chain, but once I upgraded there were zero issues. So far so good with the ZEE!

Best brakes you can buy on a budget. Perform just as well as the XT's at a cheaper price. Virtually no fade when teamed up with ICE Tech rotors. Can't say enough good about these so I won't just buy them!

Familiarity: I've used it several times

This is a nice chain that I put on my bike initially during the build process. Due to a few problems I have since switched out for an XTR. None of the problems were the chain itself, it was user error (broken chainring caused a broken chain, then it was too short to use on my setup). This is a great budget chain and while the XTR might shift a tad smoother, it's hardly noticeable. If you looking for a spare or building a bike on a tighter budget I wouldn't hesitate to buy this chain again.

Loving these grips after a couple months of use. They've only gotten significantly tackier the more I have used them. The compound is pretty soft which is helps cut down on chop and vibrations being transferred to your body through the grips. While the compound is fairly soft they don't seem to be breaking down at a faster rate then expected. Would definitely buy these again!

I picked these up on a closeout deal and have mixed feelings about them. I like the tread pattern and how they perform. I just haven't been that impressed with the durability. The sidewall is thin and folds over easily causing the dreaded burp. I've also ripped a tire open in between the knobbies on nothing that would be considered rough terrain. While I like how the tire grips and tracks I can't put a lot of faith in the durability and will look elsewhere in the future.

The Mojo bars taste great and provide lots of energy for all outdoor activities. I always keep some on me while skiing fishing or biking. They are enough to sustain you for short overnight trips if you bring 4 or 5, or are a great snack inbetween meals on longer backpacking or camping trips. A go to if you need a little pick me up on the trail.

This is my favorite mount for skiing, I feel it gives the best perspective to the viewr and it's hardly noticeable and the shots seem to come out the smoothest. For easy POV skiing this is the way to go, and it won't look like your 10 ft tall when it's mounted on your head. I also anticipate trying this mount biking, but the angle may be to low. All in all a must have for any go pro user.
