You've heard right, these do not have substantial support. They're a great, lightweight alternative to bulkier, more sturdy trail runners. What you give up in support, you gain in weigh savings. I personally have very narrow feet and am able to comfortably wear these without feeling like I'm moving significantly from side to side within the shoe.
Believe what everyone else says. My wife said the armholes are too small. She ordered a size small and the armholes were fine, but the fit was big and baggy, so then she ordered an XS and the fit was great but the armholes were too tight.
I'm no scientist, but my body like Skratch hydration when it didn't like Nuun. I usually rock Gatorade since throwing my Nuun out, but Skratch is my new go to. No sticky mess from Gatorade. More sustainable performance from Skratch.
Definitely a must have. Even if you bike-stand-less and don't know anything about bike tools - you'll look and feel like a pro mechanic when wielding this handy tool. In fact, you may just want to carry it in your pocket at work - you know, just to look cool.
