Familiarity: I've used it several times

I got tired of stopping every time I wanted some water from my nalgene bottle. I love my nalgene, don't get me wrong, but it's impossible to drink water while riding. This water bottle not only keeps my water nice and cold, it's easy to drink while riding, although I wouldn't recommend it for mountain biking since dust can easily get around the mouth piece and you'll end up squirting some dirt into your mouth along with water. Overall, I use it for road biking and spinning and this water bottle works well.

UPDATE: I've dropped a star cause I can't seem to get rid of the silicon taste that the bottle leaches into my water. I thought it'd go away after a couple uses but nothing is getting rid of the nasty chemical taste. I'd return the bottle but it's not worth the hassle.

Comfortable Tights
5 5

Familiarity: I've used it several times

I've only used these tights a couple times but man are they comfortable. There is hefty padding around the groin area, not the most breathable padding but it keeps my butt happy during long rides or spin sessions.

UPDATE: Just got back from my spring break trip to Utah and New Mexico. Used these shorts on Slick Rock in Moab and took a pretty nasty fall on one of the slopes. The padding around the groin saved...everything. They still look brand new. I'd give these shorts a couple more stars if I could. Thank you Gore.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I used these gloves in the high teens with no problem. My fingers didn't stay completely warm but if I had a liner on, I would have been golden. The fit is small, I usually get small gloves but I bumped it up a size. I also took a pretty nasty fall on my bike with these gloves on and they held up nicely, providing padding without too much damage to the glove.
