Here's what others have to say...

When I pick a bike I always want something that will offer me something new. New components, drive-train, carbon advancements, etc. New is fun and watching the bike industry make changes is exciting like watching new F1 or Rally Car advancements. But, there are some things that shouldn't change.
A bike should still ride like a bike; Climbing, descending, cornering, accelerating. It may seem cliche to say it, but there is a formula that works and it should be predictable.

I took my first ride on the Empire on 'The Empire Pass,' where most grades range from 15-20%. The Empire exceeded my expectations on climbing/comfort and was like on a train-on-rails descending a road I should probably go slower on.

Normally, I don't go for cargos... but Levi's nailed it here.
The cargos feature a slimmed down fit that doesn't make you look like you just walked out of the Army/Navy store and the beefed up fabric/stitching make these great for wear and tear on the bike or in the shop.
The cargo pockets are also smaller than I was expecting and positioned for easy access when pedaling.
Super durable fabric and water resistant coating also make these great for camping, climbing or winter weather.
Id recommend these as the slim alternative to 'Mountain Khakis'

Quality materials and tailored fit.

This jacket is amazing. Schoeller's C-Change fabric has an amazing feel/finish and is completely waterproof.
No taped seems, but I've been in and out of downpours and have never had any water come in. The RiRi zippers are another awesome feature, which should be labeled 'built to last.' Bottom action zipper is also nice for venting and accessing the jersey pockets.
Lastly, The S1-J's winning move for me is the fit. Until owning the S1-J, Ive never had a jacket fit me properly. This jacket really has a click-in 'racer/slim' fit, no flap to be found.
Buy and be happy.
