When I am not working as an Assistant Supervisor or creating art I enjoy getting out into the Wasatch any way possible. I am mainly involved with snowboarding, skateboarding, urban cycling, and rock climbing.
These grips are the best to go out for a rip! I have gone through 2 pairs over 2 seasons and will probably put them on my next bike. The compound is perfect and sticks right to my gloves. I also enjoy the thicker circumference for less arm pump on longer rides.
Solid pack for everything you can put it through. Works well for slot canyoning, hiking, biking, and anything else you can imagine. Osprey's mesh back panels are the best for any adventurous activity. It fits a rain shell, bike tools, and a rain shell no problem.
I like these but the black/white ones are slightly more bulky than other brands. I mainly use them for downhill so it's not a big deal. Great for the price and they have saved my skin a few times! I am 5' 11" 175lbs and the mediums fit great.
Sweet jersey for moto or MTB, the perforated holes make it pretty breezy but the elbow pads are great to avoid a bit of road rash on a small fall. Runs slightly large due to the fact that it's a jersey.
I put this on my bar bike and it's perfect for easy rides, slightly bulky if you are looking to save some ounces. If you are commuting long distances you may want something lighter but it is pretty cushy.
I have used these on my bar bike/fixie for years and have never had an issue. I think I have had one flat in 3 years (knock on wood)! I even rode a few blocks with very limited PSI and wore the sidewall down slightly but once I put a new tube in they were still smooth as silk.
