I purchased an Easton wheelset this spring EC90 SL up front and the EC90 aero in the rear, and have put almost 3000 miles on them. So far they have been absolutely flawless. They are fast on the flats and stiff on the climbs. I have been most impressed with how these wheels handle in crosswinds. I previously was riding on a pair of ENVE 45's which were dicey on windy days. Now I can descend with variable winds and not worry about it.
As for the heating problem everyone complains about, that is an issue with every carbon clincher. If you don't want to worry about it ride tubular or aluminum wheels.
I love this bar tape. I don't like wearing gloves and I like feeling close to my bike. With this bar tape I get the padding I need, but still feel close to my bike. They are also super easy to clean when they get dirty.
This is the best fitting shoe I have ever found. I am on my bike about 20 hours a week and my feet take quite a beating. I have high arches and bony feet which usually means that I have a hard time to find a shoe that doesn't rub somewhere. The laced top gives you a perfectly conforming fit through the whole foot. I have tried diadora jet racer, specialized s-works shoes, sidi genius, giro factor, and while they have been alright they all had a long break-in period. The empire on the other hand fit fantastically right out of the box. I rode a century on day 3 having the shoes.
