Here's what others have to say...

These towers are a great economical way to mount a roof rack on your car with a bare roof. They're sturdy and easy to install when you need the rack on and easy to take off for when you're wanting to save your gas mileage.

After using shimano pedals for a long time I got talked into trying the Mallet out and am loving them. They seem easier to get in and out of, offer a more stable platform for when you're not clipping in, and if you do get whacked in the shin, they aren't slicing you up. I wouldn't want to use them as a platform pedal for any serious downhilling since they don't have any studs to keep you from slipping off but for running errands or any relaxed riding they're perfect.

Got these for my wife along with the LG Signature Optimum shorts and she liked the fit on these a lot more than others. The back comes up quite a little higher on these than most cycling shorts that she's tried on which is what we were looking for. The material has a great stretch to it and is super breathable. They don't have the highest compression I've seen but for a rec rider they'll definitely do the trick

When we pulled these out of the packaging we were immediately impressed with the finish of the material and the compression that they offered for a sub $50 pair of bike shorts. Unfortunately once my wife tried them on we realized that the back simply didn't come up high enough for her tastes. Its not indecently low but I wouldn't recommend it for someone that is just getting used to cycling apparel and how it can fit sometimes. For a great short with a little more coverage, check out the LG Alveo shorts:
