Here's what others have to say...

Awesome product. My first pair of leg warmers for cycling and these things do everything they are supposed to do - they keep me warm in the cold, dry in light rain, they feel like you're wearing nothing, and if you can stand the taunts of your teenage son for wearing stockings, they are worth every penny!

I live in Port Alberni on Vancouver Island, about a 6 hour drive/ferry trip north of Seattle. It rains here, and I have owned great Louis Garneau products in the past, so a cycling jacket called the Seattle Jacket seemed like a no-brainer. I wore it for three weeks before the fall rains started and I had a good chance to test it.
I'm sorry to say it failed miserably on several counts.
Fit - Poor. I'm 5'8" tall , 160 lbs,and I bought a Medium. It's so short it rides up to my waist no matter what I do with the draw-string, and it's so wide in the trunk and sleeves it flaps wildly in the wind.
Quality - Needs improvement. The zipper jams every time I use it; impossible to use while I'm riding.
Design - Needs improvement. There are no air vents that work, they are layered flaps with no openings so you can't adjust air flow.
Waterproof - No. In the first Port Alberni rainfall, on a 20 minute commute, the water soaked through on the shoulders, which really didn't make any difference because I sweat so much every time I wear it anyway even though the temperature is only a few degrees above freezing.
I expected better from Louis Garneau and I will be returning this tomorrow.
