I bought two of these for my wife's bike and they don't seem to fit a normal bottle. I get that the design is intended to hold your bottle secure, but i can literally not remove a bottle from the cage while on the bike. I ended up buying new bottles that were slimmer so we could use these, kinda disappointed overall though.
Here is my take on these:
These bibs are designed for a compression type fit, aka beyond tight. I am 5'10" and 142 lbs and went with a small. Once i squeezed in they felt amazing. The fabric really hugs the skin while on the bike and basically disappears. Leg grippers are the best I've worn. Comfy chamois, not the best but definitely satisfactory. As for style, these look pretty awesome, the cut of the panels is very flattering (the pictures on RC do not do these justice). The fabric is very sheer in general, and the carbon fabric does seem to help regulate temperature.
Overall, for $100 these are a smoking deal, highly recommended.
Jacket is super packable. It comes with a circular pouch about 3" in diameter that you can stuff the coat into, perfect size for a jersey pocket. As for performance, the jacket breathes and blocks wind well. It is very light weight. Not sure about how it does in water.
Fit is ok, order the same size you would for a castelli jersey - length is a bit short. There are no pockets on the back.
The Good: The fit is great and the jersey stays put while riding. Regulates temperature well and wicks like you would expect - kept me cool and dry on a 95°F day.
The Bad: No complaints really, especially if you can snag this off of bonktown.
Bottomline: I would recommend this jersey - solid performance and it looks great with the tempo bibs or solid black bibs. For reference on fit, i am 5'10" - 140 lbs and the medium fit perfectly.
