I have this on my V10 and don't have anything bad to say about it. FOX has also upped the service intervals to 125 hrs of riding now. Easy to get dialed in for compression as well as spring rate and is extremely plush.
Picked up one of these for my Tacoma and it's like they made it specially for the truck. It fits the tailgate perfectly in width and length. The channels for holing down tubes and stanchions works great. Also it's made of a durable canvas type materiel. Pads I've seen in the past are made more of a fake leathery materiel that can rub the forks pretty bad. Time will tell if this will do the same but so far so good.
Gloves are great but I like them more for all mtn riding over dh. There is protection there but not sure if you ate in a rock garden or clipped a tree what it will do for you. They're are really comfortable but are also pretty expensive for what they are.
These are super burly but are also hot. I would not recommend for ride outside of DH. They do have some removable pads over the hips but I'll be honest not sure they're going to do much in a crash. Great below the knee length though.
Super comfortable, decent chamois, good price and durable. Im 5'10 170 and the medium is perfect. The camo part around the leg is grippy, (doesn't pull your leg hair) but grippy enough to keep the shorts from moving around at all.
These are great wool socks that are not too hot. I felt they were a little thin at first and washed and dried them a few times and they got a little thicker. Now I only wash (don't dry) them and they're the perfect thickness for me. Not too tall and perfect for warmer weather riding.
